Real Estate Inspector, Field Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both internally and externally.

• Complete five pre-arranged daily routes, totaling around 40 appointments weekly across our national service network.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical state of properties.

• Measure and calculate living spaces accurately.

• Document ongoing construction developments and any maintenance activities.

• Maintain consistent digital communication with team members regarding current issues and topics.

• Utilize route plans organized and scheduled by the service team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong enthusiasm for real estate along with initial experience in the sector, or a deep interest in this field.

• Preferably, experience in calculating living areas and property measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and the ability to work autonomously.

• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and responsible in work practices.

• Professional, service-focused, and approachable demeanor.

• Proficient in Office applications such as Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Possession of a Class B driving license and some driving experience.

• Strong command of the German language, both written and spoken.
