Real Estate Inspector, Field-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both internally and externally.

• Carry out approximately five scheduled day tours each week, totaling around 40 appointments weekly.

• Evaluate and document the structural and technical condition of the properties.

• Measure and calculate living spaces.

• Record the current phase of construction and any maintenance actions taken.

• Engage in regular digital communication with team members.

• A strong interest in real estate, with some experience in the industry preferred.

• Ideally, familiarity with living area calculations and property measurements.

• Excellent communication skills, reliability, and self-motivation.

• An accurate, conscientious, and responsible work ethic.

• A polished, service-oriented, and friendly demeanor.

• Proficiency in Office applications, including Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• A Class B driver's license and some driving experience are required.

• Very good command of written and spoken German.
