Property Inspector, Field-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Conduct inspections of residential, commercial, and specialized properties, both inside and out.

• Complete five scheduled daily routes, managing around 40 appointments each week.

• Evaluate and record the structural and technical state of properties.

• Measure and calculate residential floor areas accurately.

• Track the current progress of construction and any maintenance activities.

• Maintain regular digital communication with team members regarding relevant topics.

• Utilize route plans that are organized and arranged by the service team.

• A strong passion for real estate, with some experience in the industry, or a genuine interest in this area.

• Preferably, familiarity with residential floor area calculations and property measurements.

• Communicative, dependable, and self-driven.

• A meticulous, diligent, and responsible work ethic.

• Professional, service-oriented, and approachable personality.

• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Outlook.

• Valid Class B driver's license with adequate driving experience for operating a company vehicle.

• Excellent command of the German language, both written and verbal.
