This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Propel commercial achievements across Belgium and Luxembourg by enhancing existing accounts and securing new business within the vascular sector.
• Serve as a reliable partner to healthcare professionals, facilitating advancements in vascular therapies and contributing to improved patient outcomes.
• Function autonomously in a field-based position that involves clinical engagement and commercial responsibility.
• Foster territory growth by pursuing new business opportunities and enhancing relationships with current customers.
• Formulate and implement territory and account strategies to optimize product adoption and meet business goals.
• Establish collaborations with physicians, interventional specialists, hospital stakeholders, and Key Opinion Leaders.
• Offer procedural assistance, product demonstrations, and clinical knowledge during customer evaluations and procedures.
• Provide customer education and training to ensure the successful adoption of vascular therapies.
• Recognize opportunities to broaden therapy utilization and incorporate new technologies into clinical practices.
• Utilize market developments and reimbursement prospects to drive portfolio growth.
• Keep track of customer requirements, market dynamics, and competitive activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service, and commercial teams to achieve territory goals and ensure customer success.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a similar field.
• 3-5 years of sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or a related industry.
• Background in vascular, neurovascular, peripheral vascular, interventional cardiology, radiology, or other procedure-driven markets.
• Experience interacting with physicians and hospital stakeholders in a clinical setting.
• Proven history of identifying business opportunities and expanding customer accounts.
• Capability to merge clinical insight with a commercially oriented mindset.
• Skills in relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach with the ability to manage a field-based territory independently.
• Proficient in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
• Valid driver's license.
