This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain ICU Medical’s Vascular Access & Blood Collection operations within a designated territory.
• Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers.
• Maintain existing business while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Enhance territory profitability and grow the customer base by promoting ICU Medical products.
• Expand relationships into new markets with fresh customers.
• Provide continuous support for post-sales implementation.
• Collaborate daily with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve and surpass annual revenue targets for the territory.
• Acquire mastery of product presentations and technical knowledge of ICU Medical offerings and relevant industry standards.
• Engage with clinicians regarding industry standards, ICU Medical products, and clinical outcomes.
• Position ICU Medical products in comparison to competing offerings, both clinically and technically.
• Act as the clinical expert in the field and a consultative problem solver for clinical and supply chain contacts.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the top 50 assigned customers, contracts, pumps, solutions, and distribution models.
• Facilitate product trials and implementations within the Vascular Access and Blood Collection portfolio.
• Foster relationships with the market and clinicians through local professional chapters.
• Share product performance insights with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Achieve organizational performance objectives.
• Participate in designated special projects.
• Be prepared to work occasional weekends or nights as required.
• Travel is typically more than 50% of the time.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven success record is essential.
• Medical device sales experience with connections in key regional health systems is preferred.
• Familiarity with needle-free infusion therapy products and services is advantageous.
• Experience with Vascular Access, blood collection, and/or infusion therapy products is preferred.
• Demonstrated success in meeting quotas and growing territory while developing existing customer relationships with Supply Chain.
• Active compliance with all credentialing requirements, including current COVID-19 vaccination, is necessary.
• Self-driven, energetic, professional, and capable of executing duties with minimal oversight.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and capacity to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in computer applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Valid driver’s license and adherence to the Authorized Driver Policy are required.
