Value Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist the sales team with demonstrations, business cases, and client presentations.

• Convert customer challenges and objectives into value roadmaps utilizing Mindfuel’s SaaS platform.

• Support the execution of trials and Proof-of-Value initiatives.

• Facilitate workshops to identify product deployment and adoption strategies.

• Collaborate with the Value Acceleration team on customer projects.

• Customize Mindfuel to meet customer requirements under senior supervision.

• Establish automations that integrate Mindfuel into customer IT environments.

• Onboard users and act as their primary point of contact.

• Articulate quantitative business advantages for Proof-of-Value initiatives.

• Promote process enhancements and initiatives with measurable business impacts.

• Contribute to customer success strategies, encompassing adoption, growth, and renewals.

• Foster client relationships and evolve into a trusted advisor.

• Gather customer feedback and provide insights on products and go-to-market strategies.

• Prepare presentations for management and reports for stakeholders.

• Develop reusable documentation of best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, Business Informatics, or a related discipline.

• Skillful in crafting narratives and creating slide decks with a keen attention to detail.

• Organized, self-motivated, and driven; excels in taking ownership and achieving results.

• Customer-centric approach; capable of listening, understanding customer needs, and aligning them with product value.

• Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor in client meetings.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Initial practical experience in Data & Analytics, Consulting, or SaaS is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Python and low-code/no-code automation tools like n8n is a plus.

• A natural collaborator who flourishes in a feedback-oriented team environment.

• Strong skills in Spikeball or Table Tennis are an added advantage.
