Value Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee various customer implementations from initiation to go-live, guaranteeing projects yield business value and technical coherence.

• Serve as a trusted consultant and senior advisor to executive stakeholders, influencing operating-model decisions and securing executive endorsement for changes.

• Manage extensive, intricate programs that encompass multiple BigPanda products and customer business units.

• Establish, deliver, and monitor quantifiable customer value, including business outcomes, ROI, and value-realization plans throughout the account's lifespan.

• Collaborate with the Solutions Architect and Solutions Engineer to align BigPanda solutions with client business objectives and technical needs.

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding project status, risks, and results.

• Collaborate with the enterprise sales team on the transition from Sales to Services and crucial value delivery workstreams.

• Advocate for customer success stories and outcomes that validate BigPanda’s business value.

• Develop and sustain technical and product expertise in BigPanda’s AI capabilities.

• Contribute to BigPanda’s best practices framework and strive for continuous improvement in delivery methodology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of project management experience with enterprise IT projects or SaaS implementations.

• Familiarity with AIOps or ITOps.

• Experience in digital transformation projects and implementing operational enhancements alongside technical solutions.

• Proven responsibility for timelines, deliverables, budget, and resources.

• Detail-oriented, energetic, and efficient individual with a proactive approach.

• Capable of establishing and nurturing strong relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including senior-level executives and technical leads.

• Experience in developing risk identification and mitigation strategies.

• Skilled in developing and presenting value-oriented roadmaps.

• Exceptional communication skills; able to convey complex project statuses to various stakeholders, including C-Suite executives.

• Willingness to travel up to 10% for critical project milestones.
