Value-Based Programs Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Facilitate successful relationships with value-based providers

• Enhance the provider experience while achieving path-to-value objectives

• Interpret strategies and operational objectives at the departmental, segment, and organizational levels

• Examine provider financial trends and patterns utilizing Excel and/or SQL

• Update, manage, and assess fee schedules and pricing frameworks

• Review provider contracts to ensure accurate pricing and application of rates

• Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure adherence to government regulations

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal partners across different departments

• Occasionally travel to Humana offices for training or meetings as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience in data analysis

• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, including pivot tables, vlookups, and basic formatting skills

• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer experiences in a professional setting

• Proven capability to organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Meticulous attention to detail

• Ability to interact with various levels within the organization

• Availability during EST hours

• Minimum home internet speed of 25 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads

• Dedicated workspace free from ongoing interruptions to safeguard member PHI/HIPAA information
