Valuation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Facilitate communication among external valuers, outsourcing partners, and internal teams.

• Offer expertise on matters related to valuation.

• Oversee external property valuations for acquisitions and regular assessments, both domestically and internationally.

• Supervise the complete valuation process.

• Perform plausibility checks.

• Guarantee the final quality of valuation reports for around 1,800 properties.

• Review and authorize valuer invoices.

• Prepare analyses and evaluations.

• Create proprietary value forecasts.

• Contribute to various projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree in real estate or a similar qualification.

• Several years of hands-on experience in real estate valuation, preferably at a valuation firm, asset management company, or a similar organization.

• Collaborative spirit, openness, a proactive approach, and a readiness to take on responsibility.

• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.

• Analytical mindset.

• Strong dedication to quality.

• Confidence in engaging with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English is a plus.
