This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.
• Promote the Vaccines Portfolio across various customers and channels.
• Drive sales within the designated territory to achieve approved business objectives.
• Engage with customers both in-person and virtually.
• Develop and execute business and territory call plans along with live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Establish rapport and build relationships with customers in both live and virtual settings.
• Utilize digital tools and multiple platforms for effective customer engagement.
• Leverage internal reports and analytics to identify and implement strategic business opportunities.
• Compliantly utilize product and disease state knowledge using approved information and patient resources.
• Exhibit market knowledge and identify barriers and driving factors across Public Health, Private Market, Retail, and other business channels.
• Collaborate with Field Medical, Account Management, and other cross-functional colleagues.
• Fulfill administrative responsibilities, including customer call entry, expense reporting, and responding to internal inquiries.
• Bachelor’s Degree, or an associate’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience, or a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 8+ years of applicable experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activities, small business ownership or entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service, and/or account management, relevant healthcare/scientific roles, educator roles, or full-time military service.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and driving record must comply with company standards.
• Any DUI/DWI or other impaired driving citations within the last 7 years will disqualify you from consideration.
• At least 1 year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical sales, and/or medical-related marketing is preferred.
• Prior experience with vaccines is highly preferred.
• A strong record of sales or marketing success, territory management skills, communication skills, teamwork, leadership abilities, and accountability is preferred.
• Experience with vaccine therapeutic areas and products is preferred.
• Familiarity with posted territory customers and markets is preferred.
• Candidates should reside within the territory boundaries, ideally.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
• This position requires permanent work authorization in the United States.
• U.S. work visa sponsorship is not currently available or anticipated in the future.
