This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +1 more state.
• Provide clinical information regarding company vaccines, along with education and resources to support customers.
• Address operational and financial needs of customers, including reimbursement details and adherence to contracts.
• Assist healthcare providers and systems in boosting immunization rates and safeguarding patients from vaccine-preventable diseases.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers within the designated area.
• Engage with healthcare providers and business professionals through effective product sales presentations.
• Keep Vaccine Management informed about customer needs, feedback, market conditions, and progress towards quality goals.
• Enhance knowledge of the professional and healthcare environment through self-study, workshops, conferences, and review of promotional materials.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews focused on vaccine contracts and educate customers on optimizing contract performance.
• Support customers with educational resources and tools, such as Vaccine IQ, to elevate immunization rates.
• Track business performance against objectives using tools provided by the company.
• Create a territory-specific business plan aimed at enhancing immunization rates.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and certification regarding the company's vaccine portfolio and CDC immunization schedules.
• Serve as the primary contact for select customer accounts and identify potential business opportunities.
• Collaborate with customer teams to formulate account strategies designed to improve immunization rates.
• Travel approximately 25%, depending on candidate's location within the assigned geography.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 0-3 years of sales experience OR a minimum of a high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Relevant work experience may involve professional sales, marketing, military, or experience in healthcare/scientific fields.
• Proven ability to excel in current or prior educational or professional roles.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and accurately.
• Preferred prior experience in a technical/scientific field or healthcare setting.
• Previous sales, account management, consultative, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience in developing and implementing plans for customer engagement and needs fulfillment is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing/sales and/or marketing/sales support functions/operations is preferred.
• Ability to analyze metrics to evaluate progress against objectives is preferred.
• Vaccine experience is preferred.
• Applicants must be residents of the US or Puerto Rico only.
