• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients arranging their vacations.

• Research and organize travel alternatives, including vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel stays.

• Address client inquiries and furnish travel-related information.

• Liaise with travel suppliers to verify reservations and travel specifics.

• Keep accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings.

• Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier news, and destination insights.

• Offer assistance to clients before and after their travels as necessary.
