• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients organizing their vacations

• Aid in researching and coordinating travel alternatives, such as vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotel accommodations

• Address client inquiries and offer valuable travel-related information

• Liaise with travel suppliers to verify reservations and travel particulars

• Keep accurate records of client interactions and travel bookings

• Stay updated on travel promotions, supplier changes, and destination details

• Offer assistance to clients before and after their travel, as required
