• Deliver outstanding customer service to clients organizing their vacations.

• Assist in researching and arranging travel alternatives, including holiday packages, cruises, tours, and hotel reservations.

• Address client inquiries and offer valuable travel-related insights.

• Liaise with travel suppliers to verify reservations and travel arrangements.

• Keep precise records of client interactions and travel bookings.

• Remain updated on travel promotions, supplier news, and destination details.

• Provide assistance to clients both prior to and following their travels as necessary.
