📋 Description

• Oversee projects with a focus on planning, risk management, reporting, and coordination.

• Assist in delivering monthly and quarterly objectives.

• Conduct preliminary technical assessments of requests submitted under the Elizabeth Dole Act.

• Intake, validate, evaluate, track, and summarize up to 30 recognition requests each month.

• Develop digital resources essential for successful implementation.

• Create standardized processes, technical review criteria, intake validation methods, audit-ready documentation frameworks, and applicant communication workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience leading project management initiatives in federal programs, healthcare programs, or complex technical review settings.

• Proven expertise in risk management, development of corrective actions, and effective stakeholder communication.

• Experience in generating executive-level reporting materials and ensuring compliance with federal performance standards.

• PMP certification is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of Agile framework is preferred.
