πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Examine health insurance claims and invoices to ensure proper resolution of claims.

β€’ Conduct follow-ups on outstanding claims.

β€’ Facilitate the processing of claims for Veterans' Affairs and its partners.

β€’ Participate actively in comprehensive instructor-led training sessions.

β€’ Maintain concentration during scheduled work hours while achieving productivity targets.

β€’ Engage actively on camera as part of the company's culture.

β€’ Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls while adhering to accuracy and productivity standards.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

β€’ Technical capability to operate multiple computer screens and software applications concurrently.

β€’ Ability to sustain strong performance in a dynamic environment with productivity goals.

β€’ Skill in remaining organized while juggling multiple tasks.

β€’ Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

β€’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

β€’ Investigative approach to tasks.

β€’ Experience in a professional office setting.

β€’ Basic understanding of insurance billing is advantageous, though not mandatory.

β€’ Prior experience with billing and appealing denied health claims is beneficial but not essential.

β€’ A private, distraction-free home workspace is required.

β€’ Secure internet connection is necessary.

β€’ Home internet speeds must exceed 20 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

β€’ Workspace must accommodate a laptop, monitor, keyboard, mouse, docking station, and headset.

β€’ Eligibility to work in the U.S., verification of employment history, and successful completion of a background check are required.

β€’ Candidates must reside in the United States within one of the specified eligible states.
