V-Twin Motorcycle Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage customer interactions through phone, email, live chat, and various communication platforms.

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding fitment, application, selection, and installation of motorcycle parts and accessories.

• Guide customers on the fitment and usage of safety equipment, including helmets, jackets, pants, riding armor, boots, and gloves.

• Support customers in placing orders and ensuring a comprehensive customer experience.

• Continuously enhance knowledge about motorcycle components, gear, riding styles, racing, dirt biking, off-road riding, adventure/touring riding, supercross/MX, and bike modifications.

• Collaborate with diverse teams on a case-by-case basis to exceed customer expectations.

• Deliver technical support for motorcycle-related inquiries while driving sales and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience working on V-twin motorcycles in independent shops, dealerships, or personal businesses.

• Strong passion for motorcycles and associated products.

• Familiarity with motorcycle parts and accessories, particularly within the V-twin category.

• Knowledge of UTVs, ATVs, scooters, and snowmobiles is advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and listening skills.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Proficient time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

• Willingness to work outside of standard business hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Experience in retail, service, or hospitality is preferred.

• Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• A bachelor’s degree or technical school certification is a plus.

• Minimum internet connection of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload is required.

• Reliable, secure internet connection; no hotspots or public WiFi.
