UX/UI Designer – Project-Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Perform a thorough UX/UI evaluation of the product's key user-facing, administrative, system-wide, responsive, and mobile experiences.

• Analyze onboarding processes, account and profile management, CV/resume handling, Job Vector configuration, job discovery, matching and scoring, application processes, wallet and service flows, and notifications.

• Review admin navigation, task and application management, visibility of status, handling of proofs and evidence, configuration, and overall operational usability.

• Evaluate information hierarchy, navigation structures, terminology, labels, forms, controls, feedback messages, interaction patterns, and overall consistency across screens and workflows.

• Investigate critical states such as empty, loading, error, success, confirmation, blocked/restricted, and validation states.

• Detect usability gaps, friction points, inconsistencies, and issues impacting user understanding and confidence.

• Generate clear, actionable, evidence-based insights that describe the current experience, identify problems, assess user impact, recommend improved experiences, and establish priorities.

• Provide detailed, step-by-step UX/UI assessments, prioritized lists of issues, annotated screenshots, practical suggestions, risk summaries, and references to pertinent features, milestones, or development tasks.

• Work closely with product and development stakeholders to translate UX analysis into actionable development initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or UX Auditing.

• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design and usability principles.

• Capability to assess existing digital products rather than solely focusing on creating new designs.

• Ability to analyze intricate, multi-step workflows from both the user's and operational team's perspectives.

• Familiarity with information architecture, interaction design, navigation, forms, and system feedback.

• Skill in identifying usability issues that are not immediately evident from a visual review.

• Experience in producing annotated screenshots, UX audit reports, or similar documentation.

• Proficient in Figma and other relevant UX/UI tools.

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies across various product areas.

• Strong communication skills to articulate UX issues and recommendations effectively to product and development stakeholders.

• Experience with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, recruitment platforms, or other workflow-intensive digital products is particularly advantageous.

• Background working with development teams, external vendors, product management tools such as ClickUp, and responsive/mobile UX is beneficial.
