UX/UI Designer – Junior/Mid-Level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance digital interfaces in accordance with the company's design standards and visual identity.

• Perform usability studies and user testing to confirm design assumptions.

• Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to maintain alignment between design and execution.

• Create both low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Document user journeys and navigation flows.

• Assist in the upkeep and advancement of design systems and component libraries.

• Implement user-centered design methodologies and agile practices.

• Partner with a leading Brazilian company specializing in weighing, automation, and information management solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in UI/UX projects, ideally in digital settings (web and mobile).

• Advanced skills in Figma for designing wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.

• Familiarity with Loveble (a collaborative design tool/methodology).

• Understanding of digital accessibility and best practices for inclusive design.

• Capability to work within multidisciplinary teams and articulate ideas effectively.

• Analytical, creative, and results-driven approach.

• Experience with user research tools like Maze and Hotjar is advantageous.

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

• Experience in contributing to design system projects is a plus.

• Intermediate English proficiency for reading documentation and collaborating on international projects is a plus.
