This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, manage, and mentor the current design team.
• Establish standards for design quality, processes, and delivery methods.
• Conduct regular design critiques and offer constructive feedback.
• Oversee the entire design process from scoping to review, handoff, and evaluation.
• Define team roles, assess portfolios, and spearhead design recruitment as the team expands.
• Represent the design perspective in product planning and advocate for user needs.
• Contribute directly as an individual contributor on intricate and high-impact design projects.
• Take ownership of the UX/UI vision and execution across all EULER product interfaces.
• Develop designs from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity, engineering-ready specifications.
• Create and maintain a cohesive design system in Figma, including design tokens, components, and variables.
• Ensure accurate engineering handoffs.
• Execute user research and usability testing.
• Identify product friction points and design proactive enhancements.
• Monitor design impact on product adoption and user engagement.
• Over 6 years of UX/UI design experience in B2B SaaS environments.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading a design team in a dynamic, small-team setting.
• Proven history of managing designers while personally delivering high-quality product outcomes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design; preference for complex workflows, multi-sided platforms, or enterprise tools.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including design systems, design tokens, component libraries, prototyping, and engineering handoff.
• Experience designing for diverse user types with varying mental models and objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to lead research, synthesize findings, and convert them into design decisions.
• Capability to manage design metrics, such as adoption, engagement, and task completion.
• Collaborative and assertive approach with the ability to constructively defend design choices.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and incomplete information.
• Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
