This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Take ownership of a key product area from start to finish with minimal guidance.
• Articulate loosely defined challenges and deliver solutions across systems and user interfaces.
• Base decisions on evidence gathered from Pendo, Dovetail, and research.
• Clearly define success from the outset and link outcomes to customer benefits and business OKRs.
• Manage prioritization and consolidate competing signals into a coherent perspective.
• Develop implementation-ready specifications, workflows, content, edge cases, and detailed logic.
• Investigate multiple solutions and question established patterns.
• Enhance experiences beyond the existing roadmap.
• Integrate AI capabilities, agentic workflows, and reusable processes.
• Foster collaboration across complex projects and establish decision-making frameworks.
• Influence choices and challenge requirements early in the process.
• Provide mentorship to designers at all levels through constructive feedback.
• Maintain updated status, decisions, and risks in Linear.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
• Over 8 years of experience in UX or product design.
• Expertise across multiple core design disciplines.
• Proven history of leading extensive, cross-functional projects from definition to delivery with considerable autonomy.
• Experience utilizing Pendo, Dovetail, and research to inform decisions, define measurable success, and demonstrate customer and business value.
• Strong judgment in prioritization and the ability to synthesize competing inputs into a well-supported viewpoint.
• High standards for documentation and craftsmanship.
• Extensive fluency in design systems.
• Familiarity with AI and a growth-oriented mindset towards agentic workflows.
• Proficient in using Claude, Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor.
• Demonstrated capability to create reusable workflows and skills that others can adopt.
• Outstanding collaboration, influence, and communication abilities.
• Proven success in aligning Product, Engineering, and Research teams.
• A customer-centric approach supported by evidence.
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada or the United States.
