This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee creative quality across the portfolio by analyzing briefs, client goals, brand guidelines, and feedback.
• Continue to engage in hands-on design work, particularly on intricate or high-impact projects.
• Establish a clear and effective creative vision.
• Evaluate work and provide insightful, constructive feedback.
• Uphold visual standards and enhance templates, assets, and guidelines.
• Guide designers through regular one-on-one meetings, coaching, feedback, and development discussions.
• Set expectations, acknowledge performance, and foster opportunities for growth and ownership.
• Monitor workloads and priorities, allocating tasks based on capacity and skills.
• Identify delivery risks and eliminate obstacles.
• Participate in project kick-offs, workshops, and solution-oriented discussions.
• Present creative concepts and articulate design choices to clients and stakeholders.
• Explore new tools, trends, and creative techniques to enhance quality, efficiency, and workflows.
• Collaborate with Designers, Content Writers, Video Editors, Developers, Project Managers, Learner Experience Leads, and Client Partnership Leads across digital and educational experiences.
• Seasoned designer with exceptional visual judgement.
• Strong comprehension of branding, digital design, and user experience.
• Capacity to deliver clear, specific, and constructive creative feedback.
• Experience in mentoring designers and enhancing their confidence and skills.
• Proficiency in translating client challenges into definitive creative direction.
• Confident communication with clients and colleagues from various disciplines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle competing projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Ability to take ownership of challenges and resolve them collaboratively.
• Eagerness to learn about new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Ability to balance creative aspirations with the commercial and operational realities of client projects.
