Senior UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Strategically map and enhance the customer journey from the point of lead acquisition through to ongoing operations.

• Design prototypes and validate interfaces for the lead and policyholder management platform.

• Document and assess intricate user flows within the brokerage’s operational framework.

• Develop user-friendly, data-driven management dashboards for internal teams and external partners.

• Conduct user research to validate proposed solutions and uncover areas for improvement.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure the accurate implementation of design concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Proficiency in Figma and other high-fidelity design and prototyping tools.

• Demonstrated experience in user journey mapping.

• Strong understanding of dashboard design and data visualization principles.

• Capability to navigate complex B2B environments with diverse stakeholders.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

• Excellent communication skills in Portuguese.

• A robust portfolio showcasing complex use cases and design systems.

• Experience in projects within the insurance or fintech industries.

• Knowledge of UX research methodologies such as usability testing and interviews.

• Familiarity with tools like Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.

• Proficiency with interactive prototyping tools such as Axure or Framer.

• Basic understanding of frontend development technologies (HTML/CSS).

• Experience in leading or mentoring design teams.
