UX/UI Designer – befristet für 12 Monate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Designing a customer-centric UI/UX for the proprietary web application

• Collaborating closely with Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research with Product Managers and design colleagues

• Translating research findings into informed design decisions

• Conceptualizing and creating wireframes, interaction flows, assets, mockups, as well as low and high-fidelity prototypes

• Analyzing existing solutions and rapidly iterating through making, learning, and improving

• Actively participating in refinement sessions

• Taking responsibility for the design domain from start to finish

• Documenting work and integrating it into the design system for handover

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in designing digital products

• A portfolio showcasing depth in complex, workflow-driven software

• Fluent in German, both spoken and written

• Proficient in English for internal communication

• Solid experience in B2B or other complex domains

• Experience in production, procurement, logistics, or another industrial field is a plus

• Proficient in using Figma for design and prototyping

• Experience working with and expanding a design system

• Validating design solutions through qualitative and quantitative research

• Utilizing AI in design practice for exploration, initial drafts, and research synthesis

• Collaborative and self-organized working style

• Creativity, curiosity, empathy, and a focus on customer needs
