Mid-Level Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the comprehensive Product Design process, from initial discovery through delivery and monitoring of the implemented solution.

• Identify and understand users’ challenges and requirements.

• Plan and execute user research and validation activities.

• Utilize interviews, usability testing, data analysis, and various UX Research methodologies.

• Transform insights into product opportunities and strategic decisions.

• Design flows, journeys, wireframes, interfaces, and prototypes with varying levels of fidelity.

• Create simple, intuitive, and consistent user experiences, keeping accessibility in mind.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Data teams, and other stakeholders.

• Engage in product discussions, refine problems, experiment, and contribute to decision-making.

• Oversee implementation to ensure the quality of the delivered experience.

• Contribute to the advancement of Design practices and foster an AI-first culture.

• Utilize the company’s Design System effectively.

• Share insights and learnings with the Design community.

• Investigate the use of Artificial Intelligence to enhance research, analysis, ideation, prototyping, and experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer, or in a similar role.

• A portfolio showcasing your involvement in digital products, along with the ability to articulate the problem, process, design choices, validation, and outcomes.

• Proficiency in Figma and contemporary Product Design tools.

• Understanding of Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping, and Design Systems.

• Familiarity with Product Discovery and UX Research methodologies and practices.

• Experience or knowledge in conducting interviews, journey mapping, problem analysis, usability testing, experimentation, and hypothesis validation.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical-thinking abilities.

• Capacity to present and justify Design decisions based on evidence.

• Ability to work within cross-functional teams while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Practical knowledge of or interest in applying Artificial Intelligence to Design.

• Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Figma Make, or comparable tools.

• Digital mindset, a curiosity for emerging technologies, and a keen interest in Artificial Intelligence.
