UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Creating innovative front-end applications for clients of German banks.

• Enhancing the design of existing applications in accordance with a design system.

• Utilizing Agile methodology in project execution.

• Collaborating with business units across France, Germany, Great Britain, Sweden, Switzerland, Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Norway.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years experience as a UX/UI Designer.

• Immediate availability to commence work.

• Expertise in the design tool Figma.

• Comprehensive understanding of Design Thinking methodology.

• Familiarity with Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).

• Experience in Agile/Scrum development processes.

• Strong communication skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Proficiency in English at B2/C1 level.

• Willingness to undertake occasional business trips abroad and to visit our office in Katowice.

• Must be based in Poland.
