UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete UX/UI design process for web-based products, encompassing discovery, research, implementation, and ongoing enhancement.

• Perform user research, conduct stakeholder interviews, carry out usability testing, and organize workshops and other discovery initiatives.

• Convert research insights, user needs, and business requirements into user journeys, information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Streamline complex workflows to enhance product usability, accessibility, consistency, and the overall user experience.

• Develop, maintain, and refine design systems, reusable components, UI assets, and accompanying design standards.

• Collaborate with product stakeholders, developers, clients, and other team members throughout the discovery, design, development, and delivery phases.

• Present design concepts and recommendations, articulate design rationale, gather feedback, and iterate based on insights and user needs.

• Create design documentation, specifications, and materials for developer handoff.

• Evaluate implemented designs and partner with developers to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the intended user experience.

• Contribute to the development of new products and identify opportunities to enhance existing platforms, workflows, and digital experiences.

• Leverage AI tools to assist in research, ideation, prototyping, content development, and other design phases.

• Enhance design and development workflows while remaining up-to-date with UX/UI, accessibility, technology, and industry standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a closely related field.

• Strong expertise in UX with a proven ability to simplify intricate workflows, business logic, and information architecture.

• Demonstrated experience in designing B2B, enterprise, or other complex software products.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma, including design systems, components, variables, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff.

• Experience in conducting UX research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing to guide design choices.

• Skilled in designing complex interfaces such as dashboards, tables, charts, reporting experiences, and multi-step user flows.

• Strong capability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into structured, accessible, and user-friendly solutions.

• A portfolio showcasing strong UX thinking, interaction design, visual design, and refined user interfaces.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present design decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or higher.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to facilitate effective collaboration with developers.

• Experience in conducting UX audits and enhancing established products or digital experiences.

• Background in facilitating discovery sessions, product workshops, or collaborative design activities.

• Experience in integrating AI tools into research, design, prototyping, or workflow optimization.

• Experience in designing and maintaining websites or landing pages within HubSpot CMS, including knowledge of HubSpot themes or frameworks such as Sprocket Rocket.
