UX/UI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create and uphold components in Figma, incorporating variants, properties, and states.

• Contribute to the development of design tokens, themes, and modes.

• Collaborate with engineers to bridge the gap between Figma designs and implementation.

• Produce usage guidelines, specifications, and accessibility annotations.

• Assist product designers in defining the elements that belong in the design system.

• Aid in the growth and enhancement of a design system utilized by over 30 designers and hundreds of developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX/product design, particularly with design systems or component libraries.

• Proficient in Figma, including auto layout, variants, and variables.

• Familiarity with Material Design or a comparable design system.

• Excellent written communication skills and a portfolio that demonstrates your design process.

• Bonus points for experience with Angular Material, B2B/enterprise projects, and ARIA knowledge.

• Understanding of WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility annotations.
