UX/UI Designer – AI-Native Process

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with project teams that include Strategic and Senior UX Designers responsible for strategy and scope, as well as Top UI Designers who focus on visual direction and craftsmanship.

• Commence work once the concept is approved and the scope is finalized.

• Transform module briefs into interactive prototypes featuring genuine interactions, copy, and edge cases.

• Utilize AI tools to swiftly generate functional prototypes.

• Distribute prototypes asynchronously, gather feedback, and iterate promptly.

• Deliver robust prototypes to UI Designers for final adjustments in Figma, ensuring design-system adherence, pixel accuracy, states, and documentation.

• Create rough interactive prototypes live during concept workshops.

• Assist in establishing standards for AI-first design across the team.

• Contribute to defining and promoting a new AI-First Designer role and methodology.

• Engage in interview stages including video applications, live builds, product-thinking assessments, and culture/team-fit evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in AI design tools, consistently utilizing at least 2 to 3 of the following: Magic Patterns, v0, Bolt, Lovable, Cursor, Claude Code, or Figma Make.

• Knowledge of HTML structure, CSS layout, component behavior, and implementation complexities.

• A design sensibility that encompasses awareness of visual concerns, spacing, and user-flow challenges.

• Product thinking skills that include user stories, flows, edge cases, empty states, and error handling.

• Capacity to create a clickable, multi-screen prototype from a text or voice brief in under 2 hours.

• Experience working with AI-first and generation-first design workflows.

• Proficient in English to record the application video in English and collaborate with the team.

• A portfolio or demonstrated work showcasing prototypes, apps, experiments, side projects, or other work created with AI tools.

• Independent contractor suitable for B2B collaboration.

• A traditional design degree, extensive experience with Figma, a polished static-screen portfolio, and experience with name-brand companies are not necessary.
