UX/CX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Design comprehensive experiences for internal AI tools, ranging from initial concepts and task flows to high-fidelity, functional prototypes.

• Rapidly build and refine in Lovable utilizing AI-assisted and vibe-coding workflows, integrating work into VS Code and merging it with existing projects as necessary.

• Employ user-centered design approaches to frame challenges, pinpoint the right questions, and link user insights to design decisions.

• Develop storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, task flows, scenarios, and personas.

• Utilize and contribute to a well-defined design system, which includes UI controls, content templates, icons, form design, and navigation frameworks.

• Organize and facilitate both remote and in-person design thinking workshops with stakeholders and users.

• Communicate design direction and future concepts to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

• Validate designs with peers, stakeholders, and users through lightweight research and usability assessments, followed by iterative improvements.

• Support a client engagement anticipated to last 18 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking from an accredited program such as IDEO, IBM, Stanford, LUMA, or Forrester.

• Over 3 years of practical UX/UI, product, or service design experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.

• Strong UX/UI design capabilities evidenced by a portfolio of completed projects.

• Direct experience in designing and prototyping using Lovable.

• Ability to independently gather user context and translate it into design strategy and execution without detailed guidance.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, including the skill to present complex ideas to executive audiences.

• Portfolio required, showcasing the design process, individual role in each project, and delivered work.

• Availability for at least 2 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, during U.S. Mountain Time business hours.

• Candidates must be residents of Argentina.
