Senior UX/CX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Craft comprehensive experiences for internal AI tools, spanning from initial concepts and task flows to high-fidelity, functional prototypes.

• Rapidly develop and refine projects within Lovable using AI-assisted and vibe-coding workflows, transitioning work into VS Code and integrating it with ongoing projects as necessary.

• Employ user-focused design techniques to frame challenges, pinpoint essential questions, and link user insights to design choices.

• Generate storyboards, wireframes, journey maps, task flows, scenarios, and personas.

• Utilize and contribute to an established design system, which includes UI components, content templates, icons, form designs, and navigation structures.

• Organize and lead remote and in-person design thinking workshops with stakeholders and users.

• Communicate design direction and vision concepts to stakeholders, including executive leadership.

• Validate designs through streamlined research and usability assessments, followed by iterations based on insights.

• Assist in a client engagement anticipated to span 18 months.

⛳️ Requirements

• Training or certification in user-centered design or design thinking from a reputable program such as IDEO, IBM, Stanford, LUMA, or Forrester.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related discipline with 8+ years of product or service design experience; a Master’s degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent experience.

• Proven strong UX/UI design abilities as shown in a portfolio of completed projects.

• Practical experience in designing and prototyping using Lovable.

• Capacity to independently gather user context and translate it into design strategy and execution with minimal guidance.

• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, particularly in conveying complex concepts to executive-level audiences.

• Portfolio is mandatory, showcasing design processes, individual roles in each project, and completed or delivered work.

• This role requires working a full shift in U.S. Mountain Time, Monday to Friday.

• Candidates must be located in the Philippines.
