UX Writer II, Resume Team

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +21 more states.

📋 Description

• Create innovative experiences for BOLD's resume-building offerings.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers, UX Researchers, and cross-functional teams to outline content needs and strategies.

• Design content for user experiences, subscription models, pricing, marketing entry points, and various multidisciplinary projects.

• Work closely with UX Designers daily to ensure that content and design solutions fulfill business goals and user requirements.

• Establish clear and consistent terminology for tools and applications.

• Confirm that product messaging is in line with brand, accessibility, legal, and compliance standards.

• Assess the usability of both new and existing products and provide actionable feedback, utilizing user research as necessary.

• Oversee writing projects from start to finish, setting milestones and review processes, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Contribute to a comprehensive writing style guide for BOLD.

• Articulate writing and content decisions and direction for seamless handoff to product teams and senior management.

• Discover opportunities and enhance experiences across top-of-funnel, core resume creation, and premium tools through A/B testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of experience in UX, technical, or marketing writing, ideally for a high-traffic, consumer-oriented website.

• An online portfolio or examples of work showcasing experience in crafting user-centered copy and content solutions.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects with changing priorities.

• Passion for driving product growth through experimentation, A/B testing, and product enhancements.

• Experience working collaboratively across various teams on similar flows and experiences is a plus.

• Familiarity with in-product A/B testing and experimentation is advantageous.

• Experience in leveraging and engaging in user research, tests, and generating insights is beneficial.
