This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for managing the user experience (UX) of product areas from the identification of problems to the development of production-ready solutions.
• Create user flows, UX concepts, and UI designs for both web and mobile platforms along the customer journey.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Data to formulate measurable hypotheses.
• Make design and product decisions based on data insights and user requirements.
• Plan and supervise A/B tests, experiments, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives.
• Assess impact using relevant UX and business key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to gather insights.
• Transform insights into actionable product improvements.
• Enhance the design system “Pulse” utilizing Figma and Storybook.
• Ensure design consistency, reusability, and accessibility across products.
• Work in collaboration with the Frontend Guild to test new design and prototyping methods, including those supported by AI.
• Contribute actively to the UX & Product Design practice, helping to develop shared standards and workflows.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business within two product teams focused on the Customer Journey stream.
• Multiple years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in B2C e-commerce, digital platforms, or high-traffic products.
• Proficient in conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and hypothesis-driven product development.
• Strong skills in Figma, with experience in design systems and component libraries, ideally Storybook.
• Experience in user research, usability testing, and analytics.
• Keen understanding of user needs, digital design principles, and consistent customer journeys.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional product teams.
• Independent, organized, and pragmatic approach to work.
• Excellent proficiency in both German and English.
• Technical knowledge of components, design tokens, and modern frontend architectures (desirable).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG or low-code prototyping (desirable).
• Background in retail or sports environments (desirable).
• Experience with AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code processes (desirable).
