This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create B2B workflows and interfaces related to product data, pricing, availability, order and returns processing, and account management.
• Design intuitive dashboards, reports, and data-rich views.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, Data, and Business teams within Commerce squads.
• Lead initiatives from identifying issues to delivering production-ready solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, focus groups, and usability testing with retailers, partners, and internal users.
• Convert research insights into actionable product enhancements.
• Develop solutions driven by hypotheses and data, measuring success through adoption, efficiency, and user feedback.
• Advance the "Pulse" design system utilizing Figma and Storybook.
• Maintain a cohesive user experience across the platform.
• Explore new design and prototyping methodologies, including AI-assisted tools.
• Make meaningful contributions to the UX & Product Design practice.
• Multiple years of experience in UX or Product Design, preferably in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise applications.
• Proven experience in designing intricate workflows, data views, tables, and dashboards.
• Strong expertise in Figma.
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries, preferably Storybook.
• Background in user research, testing, and data-driven product development.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to interpret complex requirements and deliver clear solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
• Self-sufficient, practical, and solution-focused working style.
• Proficient in both German and English.
• Nice to have: Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or retail settings.
• Nice to have: Understanding of AI-assisted prototyping or design-to-code.
• Nice to have: Technical knowledge of components, design tokens, and contemporary frontend architectures.
