UX Manager, Supplier Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee suppliers within a specific category without direct leadership responsibilities.

• Manage advanced quality planning for suppliers.

• Execute supplier quality management activities.

• Formulate supplier strategies and manage category performance.

• Handle Product/Process Change Notifications (PCN).

• Report on supplier performance metrics.

• Conduct audits as necessary.

• Collaborate utilizing 3D/3F+ methodologies.

• Implement Supplier Quality Improvement Programs (SQIP).

• Engage in Active Supplier Development (ASD).

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity with Quality Management principles, including policies, systems, and processes.

• Understanding of Supplier Quality Management (SQM) processes and the Product Life Cycle (PLC).

• Knowledge of quality assurance, product safety concerns, and risk management strategies.

• Proficient in management skills, tools, and techniques such as Balanced Scorecard and Benchmarking.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including teamwork, conflict resolution, openness, and networking.

• Effective communication skills, including presentation and negotiation abilities.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making methodologies.

• Project management capabilities, tools, and techniques.

• Understanding of processes/technology related to LCD, OLED, Backlight Units, cover glass/mirrors, and touch foils.

• Knowledge of optical bonding processes.

• Familiarity with Design for Manufacturing (DFM) technologies.

• Expertise in data management and analysis, including SQIS and Business Warehouse knowledge.
