Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop, wireframe, design, and execute product design projects within the CRO and Retention teams.

• Oversee and conduct ongoing research for products that are under your purview.

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data gathered from interviews, surveys, session recordings, and support tickets to derive actionable insights.

• Organize and manage usability testing, employing AI-assisted analysis for test sessions.

• Conceptualize, design, and oversee initiatives outlined in the quarterly roadmap.

• Leverage AI-driven ideation and approved AI designs to explore various design avenues.

• Discover opportunities for customer engagement through research and product analytics.

• Lead design reviews and present ideas and vision to stakeholders.

• Juggle multiple projects at once effectively.

• Establish best practices for research, testing, UX, UI, AI tools, and internal processes in collaboration with Marketing, Copy, Development, and Creative teams.

• Gather design inspiration and share concepts to enhance UX and UI quality.

• Maintain the design components library, encompassing vision, design, layout, rationale, and AI-assisted scaling and maintenance.

• Work alongside product owners on project scopes, surveys, customer interviews, and usability testing.

• Collaborate with Engineers to ensure a smooth transition from design to build, including AI-assisted handoff and design-to-code processes.

• Identify and advocate for new AI tools and workflows within the design team.

• Create experiences that engage new customers, retain existing ones, and generate profit opportunities.

• Partner with the Product Design Director and the broader design team to deliver customer-centric experiences.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in digital design.

• An ideal portfolio should showcase both agency and in-house work.

• A degree in Design, Arts, and/or Digital Design is required.

• A comprehensive portfolio that illustrates various approaches to solving product-related challenges.

• A strong grasp of UX principles and excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Prior experience in conducting upfront research and user testing.

• Exceptional craftsmanship in UI design.

• Familiarity with research, usability testing, A/B testing, and a solid understanding of business principles.

• Proficiency in AI-driven design workflows.

• Working knowledge of AI tools for design and research synthesis, including ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Design, Figma AI, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.

• Capability to critically assess AI-generated outputs.

• Skills in wireframing and prototyping experiences.

• Understanding of information architecture.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

• Experience collaborating with both domestic and international cross-functional teams.
