Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product design from the discovery phase through to high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

• Create comprehensive user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Manage a specific area of the roadmap within the Client Experience and Creator Experience teams.

• Work with and enhance the existing design system.

• Collaborate extensively with Product Managers, Engineers, and two Product Designers in an asynchronous work environment.

• Engage in design reviews and provide insightful feedback.

• Conduct lightweight usability testing as necessary.

• Partner closely with Product and Engineering throughout the feature development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing intricate B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio that highlights workflow-centric products rather than marketing websites.

• Familiarity with working within a pre-established design system.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Ability to independently manage projects in a remote or distributed team setting.

• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience in handing off designs to engineering teams.

• Background in conducting usability testing.

• Must reside within CET ±2 hours.

• Availability required every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.

• Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Nice to have: Exposure to AI-driven or AI-assisted product experiences.
