This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product design from initial discovery to high-fidelity designs and production-ready specifications.

• Create end-to-end user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Manage a specific area of the roadmap for both Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.

• Work within and enhance the current design system.

• Collaborate closely with PMs, Engineers, and two Product Designers in an asynchronous environment.

• Engage in design reviews and offer constructive feedback.

• Conduct lightweight usability testing as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Design.

• Proven experience in designing complex B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio that highlights workflow-intensive products rather than marketing websites.

• Familiarity with working within an established design system.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Ability to independently manage projects in a remote or distributed team.

• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience in handing off designs to engineering teams.

• Experience in conducting usability testing.

• Must be located within CET ±2 hours.

• Must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.

• Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Nice to have: Exposure to AI-powered or AI-assisted product experiences.
