Senior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take charge of product design from initial discovery to high-fidelity designs and specifications ready for production.

• Create comprehensive user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma.

• Own a specific segment of the roadmap within the Client Experience and Creator Experience pods.

• Work with and enhance the current design system.

• Collaborate effectively with PMs, Engineers, and two Product Designers in an asynchronous work setting.

• Engage in design reviews and offer insightful feedback.

• Conduct lightweight usability testing when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Design.

• Proven track record of designing intricate B2B SaaS products.

• A portfolio that highlights workflow-intensive products rather than marketing-focused websites.

• Experience working within a structured design system.

• Strong skills in interaction and visual design.

• Ability to independently manage projects within a remote or distributed team.

• Excellent written communication and documentation abilities.

• Experience in handing off designs to engineering teams.

• Experience in conducting usability testing.

• Must be located within CET ±2 hours.

• Must be available every working day between 9 am and 12 pm EST.

• Nice to have: Experience with two-sided marketplaces or multi-sided platforms.

• Nice to have: Background in the creator economy, influencer marketing, or paid social.

• Nice to have: Familiarity with Meta Ads or TikTok Ads products.

• Nice to have: Exposure to AI-driven or AI-assisted product experiences.
