UX Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with a product development team of around six members to lead discovery and UX design by employing best practices and innovative approaches.

• Define and create prototypes of user experiences for a new product, ranging from initial concept sketches to comprehensive UX flows and interactive prototypes.

• Simplify complex AI and content transformation workflows into user-friendly interactions tailored for enterprise users.

• Work alongside Product and Data leaders to validate assumptions, conduct rapid user testing, and gather insights from actual usage.

• Develop and maintain a streamlined design system that facilitates quick iterations and a cohesive UI language.

• Advocate for simplicity and usability within a technically advanced environment that manages high volumes of work.

• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to ensure that prototypes are both feasible and scalable.

• Stay attuned to evolving user challenges and develop innovative methods to engage users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design for SaaS, productivity tools, or data-intensive products involving human interaction.

• Demonstrated ability to design intricate systems rather than just interfaces.

• Experience in developing a product from concept to execution in a startup environment or for a new offering.

• Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, Miro, or comparable design tools.

• Experience in creating design systems from the ground up.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, iterate quickly, and test hypotheses in a lean cycle.

• Comfortable engaging in discussions with customers, internal subject matter experts, product managers, and engineering teams.

• Bonus: Familiarity with language technology, AI tools, or enterprise workflow systems.
