📋 Description

• Provide intuitive service experiences that align with user needs and design principles.

• Champion needs-based design, design thinking, and service design methodologies.

• Develop outstanding digital services within the Experience Design capability.

• Lead the creation of design systems while promoting best practices.

• Participate in ideation workshops actively.

• Generate and utilize journey and process maps to prioritize and direct design efforts.

• Contribute to research initiatives and strategic planning processes.

• Evaluate and assess existing information architecture for improvements.

• Conduct accessibility audits and usability tests.

• Collaborate with the broader project team to demonstrate the value of UX design.

• Assist in the advancement of the UX design practice at Kainos.

• Actively contributes to the design and facilitation of ideation workshops.

• Leads the creation and application of journey and process maps within project contexts to prioritize and direct design efforts.

• Understands the limitations and constraints of the technical and business environments and designs accordingly.

• Comfortable participating in research and strategic planning activities.

• Proficient in analyzing and reviewing existing information architecture for appropriate design adaptations.

• Facilitates accessibility audits and usability testing sessions.

• Collaborates with the wider project team to affirm the value of UX design as a discipline.

• Plays a crucial role in the development of Kainos' UX design practice.

• Experienced in working with Agile delivery methodologies.

• Demonstrates knowledge in user-centered design practices.

• Possesses an understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and visual design principles.

• Has experience in a full-service digital agency environment.

• Engaged member of relevant communities, such as online groups or speaking at conferences.
