Senior Product Designer – Core

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create comprehensive product experiences for the SplitMetrics suite of offerings.

• Leverage data analysis and research findings to guide design choices and influence product development.

• Manage the information architecture of the product, ensuring alignment with user objectives as it evolves.

• Lead the design framework and prototyping efforts in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

• Promote a behavior-driven design philosophy throughout product teams.

• Illustrate complex data and develop user flows that facilitate quick comprehension of information.

• Engage with agentic flows that incorporate human-AI interaction dynamics.

• Independently manage smaller features, encompassing product discovery, prototyping, and transitioning to engineers.

• Sustain and enhance the design system across various products and platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Designer, ideally within B2B SaaS or analytical products.

• Strong aptitude for understanding product objectives, business context, and user requirements.

• Practical experience in designing interfaces that handle substantial amounts of data.

• Proficient in managing small features from initial concept through to final release.

• Skilled in design and prototyping software, particularly Figma.

• Capable of clearly articulating design decisions and their rationale to cross-functional teams.

• Inquisitive and analytical, with a track record of analyzing data, testing hypotheses, and refining solutions.

• Knowledge of UX patterns for both web and mobile applications, along with a strong eye for visual design.

• Experience in designing AI interactions and collaborating on engineering-led projects is a plus.
