Senior Product Designer, Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop tools, systems, and experiences that empower businesses to thrive on Reddit while ensuring advertisements remain relevant, useful, and respectful.

• Design experiences and recommendations for advertisers, integrating them seamlessly throughout Reddit’s advertising ecosystem.

• Concentrate on Reporting, Account Management, and Billing products.

• Convert complex data and workflows into straightforward, intuitive experiences.

• Assist businesses in understanding their performance, optimizing results, and managing accounts, permissions, and identities.

• Define experiences that simplify complexity, foster trust, and enhance advertiser outcomes.

• Create ad experiences that feel organic to Reddit and resonate with community expectations and culture.

• Recognize advertiser needs and translate them into impactful, user-friendly features.

• Facilitate alignment among diverse teams through exploration, storytelling, effective communication, and presentations.

• Spot opportunities to enhance Reddit’s advertising platform and ad experiences.

• Work collaboratively with product managers, engineers, researchers, data scientists, and other cross-functional partners.

• Oversee the entire design lifecycle, from initial concepts and systems thinking to detailed workflows and polished final delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design.

• Robust portfolio demonstrating expertise in designing for web and mobile applications.

• Strong product sensibilities.

• A blend of B2B and B2C experience.

• Experience with advertising tools is advantageous.

• Ability to navigate complexity and find clarity in ambiguous situations.

• Excellent communication skills when collaborating with partners across the organization.

• Humble, inquisitive, and driven to deliver the best product.
