This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Take charge of the comprehensive design strategy for digital banking experiences across web, mobile, and emerging digital platforms.
• Create and enhance user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces for account opening, loan origination, and digital servicing.
• Ensure digital experiences align with branch, contact center, and marketing interactions to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Perform and synthesize user research, usability testing, customer feedback, and behavioral analytics.
• Partner with Marketing, IT, and cross-functional teams to convert business needs and regulatory requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Establish and uphold scalable design standards, UI patterns, and design systems across various platforms.
• Collaborate with vendor partners to enhance platforms in line with Park’s experience objectives.
• Leverage market trends, competitive assessments, and emerging UX/UI innovations to advance digital banking capabilities.
• Work alongside analytics and product teams to define metrics, monitor KPIs, and assess digital journey performance.
• Ensure that digital experiences adhere to security, accessibility, and compliance standards while minimizing friction and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with Bank's requirements and risk management policies and procedures.
• Deliver a consistent, high level of service in line with Serving More standards.
• Conduct interviews and select candidates, set objectives, assign tasks, train and develop team members, carry out performance reviews, and manage staff-related responsibilities.
• Must reside within the Park National Bank service area.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field is required (4 Year).
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in UX Design is necessary.
• Proven ability to lead the end-to-end UX design strategy for web, mobile, and emerging digital channels.
• Experience in designing user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual interfaces is required.
• Familiarity with user research, usability testing, customer feedback, and behavioral analytics.
• Understanding of omnichannel experiences that encompass digital, branch, contact center, and marketing interactions.
• Capacity to translate business needs and regulatory requirements into user-centered design solutions.
• Experience in developing scalable design standards, UI patterns, and design systems.
• Knowledge of security, accessibility, compliance, and risk management requirements.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
• Capability to advocate for change, influence stakeholders, build collaborative relationships, and mentor others.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while demonstrating ethics, integrity, adaptability, empathy, and active listening.
• Preferred certifications from Nielsen Norman Group (NN/g) and Google UX Design Professional.
• Must be willing to travel occasionally to Cincinnati or Central Ohio, approximately 2-4 times per year.
• Must be able to remain stationary for at least 75% of the time, continuously operate a computer, and maintain verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Fully remote position.
• Occasional travel to Cincinnati or Central Ohio may be required, estimated at 2-4 times per year.
