This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Leadership in Supplier Quality Management (SQM) within a category without direct supervisory responsibilities, guiding suppliers.

• Advanced Quality Planning for suppliers.

• Management of Supplier Quality.

• Development of Supplier Strategy, Category Management, and overseeing Product/Process Change Notifications (PCN).

• Reporting on Supplier Performance.

• Conducting Audits (3D/3F+).

• Fostering collaboration.

• Implementing the Supplier Quality Improvement Program (SQIP).

• Engaging in Active Supplier Development (ASD).

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in Quality Management, including the establishment of quality policies, systems, and processes.

• Understanding of SQM Processes and the Product Life Cycle (PLC).

• Knowledge in quality assurance, product safety concerns, and risk management.

• Proficient management skills, utilizing tools and techniques such as Balanced Scorecard and Benchmarking.

• Strong human relations abilities, including team collaboration, conflict resolution, open-mindedness, and networking.

• Effective communication skills, with capabilities in Presentation and Negotiation techniques.

• Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making methodologies.

• Project management expertise, along with relevant tools and techniques.

• Technical knowledge of components, including LCD, OLED, Backlight Units, Cover Glass/Mirrors, and Touch Foils.

• Familiarity with optical bonding processes.

• Understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles.

• Competence in Data Management and analysis, utilizing systems such as SQIS and Business Warehouse.
