Utility Locator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct precise underground utility locating services for various projects nationwide

• Accurately identify and mark underground utilities

• Assist with priority projects, surge work, and specialized tasks in different regions

• Ensure prevention of damage and uphold site safety

• Read and interpret utility maps and blueprints

• Diligently document and finalize paperwork/deliverables for each job

• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures

• Communicate effectively with team members and clients

• Carry out other related responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of utility locating experience is required

• Previous construction experience is advantageous

• Must successfully complete a physical examination

• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening

• Must clear a background check

• Possession of a valid driver's license

• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Ability to read and interpret utility maps and blueprints

• Capability to walk on grass, gravel, dirt, and roadways

• Ability to work throughout the year in all outdoor weather conditions

• Willingness to travel across the US and be away from home for extended durations

• Flexibility to work days, evenings, or nights, including overtime and weekends as required

• Standard Monday to Friday schedule with additional on-call and overtime as needed

• Strong communication skills with team members and clients
