Site Contracts Negotiator I

📋 Description

• Assist in the evaluation and negotiation of clinical trial agreements and budgets under the supervision of senior team members.

• Aid in ensuring contracts are executed correctly and efficiently to facilitate prompt study initiation.

• Draft and assess site contracts utilizing approved templates while being supervised.

• Support negotiations regarding contracts and budgets with sites, escalating intricate issues when necessary.

• Monitor contract status, timelines, and significant milestones within designated systems and tracking tools.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to collect necessary information and reach consensus on contract terms.

• Ensure contract documentation is thorough, precise, and archived according to SOPs.

• Participate in continuous improvement efforts within the site contracts team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in law, business, life sciences, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Preferably, initial experience in contracts, legal support, clinical research, or administration.

• Basic knowledge of contract terminology and a desire to enhance negotiation skills.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the capability to manage multiple documents and timelines.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

• Eagerness to learn about site contracting processes, systems, and industry standards.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
