Health Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Drive and cultivate demand among designated specialists for ethical products within assigned regions to meet sales and market share goals.

• Deliver scientifically-backed promotional messages to assist healthcare professionals in addressing patient requirements.

• Develop strategies to achieve sales and market share targets.

• Lead the planning and execution of Continuing Medical Education (CME) activities, including Round Table Discussions (RTDs), webinars, symposia, and product presentations.

• Identify and nurture relationships with target specialists, speakers, and key/emerging opinion leaders.

• Create and revise the Territory Master Work Plan to guide medical doctor calls and program execution.

• Design territory-specific programs to enhance understanding of assigned products.

• Monitor sales performance, product distribution, and competitor activities.

• Prepare and submit operational and administrative reports.

• Collaborate with team members and counterparts in the territory.

• Execute other official responsibilities as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• Uphold company values, policies, and ethical standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a 4 or 5-year program.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Product Health Representative (PHR).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent interpersonal abilities.

• Valid Medical Representative PRC license.

• Valid driver's license.

• Open to being assigned anywhere in the Philippines.
