This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the DOLSP lifecycle strategy encompassing activation, education, engagement, retention, reactivation, and referral within obesity care pathways.

• Create and enhance automated journeys and campaigns utilizing push notifications, email, and in-app messaging.

• Employ behavioural segmentation and funnel analytics to increase Qualified Leads and enhance conversion rates at every stage.

• Conduct experiments with messaging, timing, targeting, and channels, translating findings into actionable lifecycle insights.

• Collaborate with health partners and internal Medical, Legal, and Compliance teams to guarantee that communications are precise and compliant.

• Assist with DOLSP launches in new markets, tailoring approaches to local demographics, healthcare pathways, and regulations.

• Contribute to the broader Sweatcoin lifecycle roadmap focusing on activation, engagement, retention, and feature adoption.

• Manage lifecycle engagement for the Digital Obesity and Lifestyle Support Programme, identifying journey entry points, user requirements, timing, and subsequent meaningful actions.

• Report to the User Engagement Lead while working closely with Product, Analytics, Medical, Legal, Compliance, and healthcare partners.

• Allocate approximately 80% of time to DOLSP and 20% to supporting lifecycle initiatives within the core Sweatcoin app.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, user engagement, or retention, preferably within a mobile app or digital product environment.

• Background in pharma, healthcare, digital health, or another highly regulated or medically sensitive field.

• Practical experience with a customer engagement platform (e.g., Braze, MoEngage, Iterable, Customer.io, Intercom, or similar), including A/B testing and behavioural segmentation.

• Knowledge of obesity, weight management, or metabolic health is a plus.

• Awareness of pharmaceutical marketing regulations and medical/legal approval processes is advantageous.

• Experience managing lifecycle programmes across multiple countries and languages.
