This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver technical and clinical guidance throughout the pre-sales phase by showcasing Ultrasound products, their applications, features, and advantages.

• Organize, plan, and implement objective-driven training sessions for customers; assess and report on training results.

• Act as a GI subject matter expert and clinical intermediary for the sales team, enhancing clinical expertise and fostering customer relationships.

• Engage competitive accounts and relay current market insights to the organization.

• Propel the development of new product features and clinical techniques; create training plans and strategies for product integration and continuous education.

• Support trade exhibitions and professional events through product demonstrations and customer training sessions.

• Serve as the primary contact for the modality/team; identify customer satisfaction challenges and assist with escalations, problem-solving, and specialized training requests.

• Build customer relationships, spotlight key opinion leaders, and standardize and refine protocols.

• Advocate for hybrid training delivery for clients.

• Keep necessary pre- and post-training documentation updated.

• Adhere to Quality Management System and EHS policies and procedures with an emphasis on safety and quality.


⛳️ Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent qualification.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in the GI technical/clinical field.

• Certification from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) in Abdomen.

• Preferred certifications: Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), OB/GYN, Adult Cardiac, or MSK.

• Comprehensive knowledge of clinical education training and the implementation of related processes.

• Proven track record in conveying complex information and adapting messaging according to the audience.

• Familiarity with Healthcare Information Systems, networking, and IT.

• Willingness to travel frequently (75+%, typically 4-5 days per week, including overnight stays and some weekends) across the US using various transportation methods.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Employment visa sponsorship is not available.

• Successful completion of a drug screening, if required.

• Capacity to comply with customer vaccination requirements, if applicable.
